No. It drafts and suggests only. Providers/billers approve every action before any EMR post or ChargePost submission.

Where does the model run?

In your AWS VPC on HIPAA-eligible services (for example GPU instances like g6.xlarge). PHI is not sent to third-party training pipelines.

What about auditing and retention?

All prompts, source snippets, and outputs are logged immutably with timestamps and hashes. Retention and access are policy-controlled and role-restricted.
